The purchase of a new home is the largest investment most people will ever make. Your new home will need ongoing attention and care, and will require regular maintenance to keep it operating at an optimum level. Landmark 24 Homes works with the best providers of home warranty services, offering our home buyers additional peace of mind when living in their new home.

If you closed on or after June 1st 2020, all warranty requests are handled through Quality Builder’s Warranty.

If you closed on or before June 1st 2020, all warranty requests are handled through 2-10 Warranty.

Things To Know After You Close

During your closing, you will receive a packet of documents that provides important information regarding your home and its care.

Below are important steps to ensure timely care; that will help you receive the most benefits from living in your new home:

  • Transfer the Utilities.
  • Contact your termite company for the Termite Bond on your home.
  • Fill out the warranty cards on your appliances.
  • Home Buyer’s Warranty booklet for coverage and time sensitive items and requirements.
