We bought 2 homes from Landmark 24 within the last 2 years. In 2014 we met Anna Dinatali and she helped make our first time home buying experience the best we could've ever asked! We picked our lot, designed our dream and with her guidance and support all the way through the project we closed on our new beautiful home in September of 2015! We love the structure of the builders style and the energy efficiency is more than we expected! Our utilities are more reasonable compared to our friends and that's because our home has spray foam installation! We loved it so much we decide after 16 months to go bigger and move into the village at Palmetto Pointe. We purchased the Richmond in March of this year and we could not be happier! All of the Landmark contacts are outstanding!! They are always there for us no matter what the situation is. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful home with all the extras you want! We love you Landmark 24!!

My wife and I have recently purchased and moved into one of your homes in Brunswick, GA, Clearwater Sub Division. We closed on May 19, 2023 I believe it is a Southport III. We could not be happier. I will explain.
We knew we would love the home as the floor plan is just perfect for us. The rest is due to Landmark 24 and your staff. This is our 4th new home spanning three states. Landmark 24 has made this move our very best.
We have had very few issues. We have learned that issues are normal with any new home. Your team has been so very kind to us in providing remedies for our concerns. The service has been prompt, courteous, and professional. Additionally your vendors have been excellent in providing quality corrective measures.
Kelly Williams, Rachel Pye, James Ellis, and Zach have been especially great to work with and kind to us. Going back to the very beginning, Sherry was also very attentive and professional and provided a great buying process.
We have recommended Landmark 24 to several of our friends that may very well be looking to relocate to this area in the future. The recommendations were very heavily weighted to the the quality of the after the sale service.
