The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway is your ticket to saving kids' lives and the chance to win the home of your dreams. By purchasing a ticket, you support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help cure childhood cancer. The program was founded in 1991 by Dr. Donald Mack, a pediatric physician from Shreveport, Louisiana. Over five decades in practice, Dr. Mack referred many patients to St. Jude for pioneering treatment. His idea to give away a house originated when someone donated a prefabricated house to Mack. To date, St. Jude hosts more than 40 home giveaways throughout the U.S. The program has raised 650 million dollars and given away over 700 homes.

As a local builder, we strive to leave a lasting impact for our community, so this partnership fell right in line with our company's mission. Almost every person within our company has touched this home in some capacity, with 100s more from outside contributing to its construction. We are incredibly thankful for our local and national partners that were equally passionate about this project, where they donated their time, materials, and efforts towards this project.

      We stand with St. Jude's mission and will do everything in our power to help them achieve success. A Savannah record $760,000 was raised for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and we are excited to continue this endeavor in 2025!
