On-site sales manager, Luann Zorn-Zipperer performs numerous roles at Landmark 24 Homes. During a normal business day, she may show a client a new house, troubleshoot IT issues or field phone calls between other agents and Landmark’s broker. With organization as one of her core skills, the different aspects of her job rarely phase her. In fact, helping make the process seamless from the office to the field directly translates to her real estate success selling new homes.
Luann has spent 13 years at Landmark 24, watching the company grow and change. With the success of the business, she’s been able to sell from numerous neighborhoods and access more inventory for her clients, “You don’t lose a customer. You go and show them the communities that fit their needs based on what they tell you. It’s a win for the builder, agent and customer.” She works hard to become an expert on each plan that Landmark 24 Homes sells. Being an active agent helps her understand the responsibilities of her management duties. When she assists agents and administrators with the sales process, drawing deeply on her extensive real estate sales experience to make this side of the process function smoothly for everyone.
At one point during her sales career, Luann spent considerable time in one of Landmark 24’s Pooler locations, “When I started working in Pooler, I like that neighborhood so much that I built [a home] with Landmark a couple of years later.” She believes in the product that she sells, and is glad to offer energy saving features like spray foam to help save money on cooling bills.
Married for 25 years, Luann enjoys the time they spend bowling in a bowling league in Pooler where they are members of a four-person team. Their other teammates are a couple that Luann introduced who liked each other so much that they married. True to form, Luann then sold them a newly built Landmark 24 Home.
Life is busy at Luann’s home. With four rescue cats, her niece and 6-year old great nephew living with them, there is never a dull moment. Luann finds life with a younger child enjoyable, “It brings out a different side when a small one is in the house. He is a hoot and a half.” On any given day, you can find the family enjoying their Pooler lifestyle, playing outside with him and riding bikes.
