With the experience of 34 years in real estate, it is no surprise that Anna Dinatali, Associate Broker GRI, CSP, finds herself consistently in the top three salespeople at Landmark 24. In fact, she was runner-up for salesperson of the year in 2011 and 2014 and winner in 2015 and 2017, that year with over 7,000,000 in home sales. She was also awarded the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Savannah Home Builders Association Gold Citation recognizing her efforts in 2016 and 2017, as well as being recognized as Onsite Sales Person of the Year for 2015.
She credits this success with her honest approach to each homebuyer, “Honesty is the best policy, even it is going to deter the sale or not. People are comfortable with that and in the long run, everyone is happier.” Anna carefully listens to each customer, fully understanding their needs before even looking at the first home. This attention seems to facilitate long-term relationships, as Anna’s clients often return to buy or sell other houses.
As a resident of Bluffton, Anna focuses on Landmark’s communities in South Carolina. Being licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina allows her to serve the complete needs of relocating clients. In fact, when she and her husband moved, they chose Landmark’s Palmetto Point community for their new home. Anna was glad to experience the life that she was selling, appreciating the quality of construction that Landmark puts into all of its neighborhoods, regardless of price or location.
Anna discovered a true passion while at work. A group of young boys found a homeless kitten in the woods and she agreed to take it in. Swiftly falling in love with her new roommate, she adopted several more cats to join the first. Anna also discovered a cat colony living behind a local store. Now, she and another volunteer feed the animals every day and work to have the cats adopted or spayed and neutered.
