Many neighborhoods may include such amenities like a clubhouse, a pool, tennis courts, playgrounds and more. However all neighborhoods have street lights, sidewalks, and beautiful community entrances, all of which need management and upkeep. To help manage this responsibility, each community has a Homeowners' Association that provides covenants and hold regular meetings to discuss your neighborhoods needs and help bring residents together.
