Landmark 24 Homes helped pioneer the concept of master planned communities in the Savannah area. Many neighborhoods may include such amenities like a clubhouse, a pool, tennis courts, playgrounds and more. However all neighborhoods have street lights, sidewalks, and beautiful community entrances, all of which need management and upkeep. To help manage this responsibility, each community has a Homeowners' Association that provides covenants and hold regular meetings to discuss your neighborhoods needs and help bring residents together.

Landmark 24 was GREAT when we built our home in Pooler. From the beginning to the closing the people were helpful, things went (almost) according to schedule and since living in the home for almost a year we haven't had any problems and know the home was built right! I'm very thankful for the work they've done, they are continuing to build in our neighborhood and overall the professionalism is wonderful.
