Do you need to schedule an appointment to visit the Landmark 24 Design Gallery?
Yes. Please make an appointment with your Design Gallery Coordinator as soon as possible after signing your contract on your new home. Please call (912) 352-3038 during office hours to schedule your appointment.
How long will the Design Gallery consultation last? What happens if I am late?
You will have two hours to make your selections and personalize your new home. In order to make the best use of this time, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you find you will be arriving late, please place a courtesy call to the Design Gallery Coordinator. If you will be more than 30 minutes late, please call to reschedule your appointment.
What if I cannot complete my Design Gallery selections during the 2 hour consultation?
Our experience is that 2 hours is usually sufficient time to complete your selections if you arrive on time; come prepared with ideas about what you like and want in your new home; and stay focused during the experience. If you do not complete your selections during this 2 hour consultation, the Design Gallery Coordinator reserves the right to charge a consultation fee of $125 per hour.
Who should attend the Design Gallery consultation?
Because this consultation is an important decision-making process, we recommend that only the buyer(s) and one guest attend. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to make arrangements for your children to not attend, especially if you are from out of town. If you are unable to make alternate arrangements for your children, please let your Design Gallery consultant know in advance.

We provide a Consultation Checklist to help you prepare and make the best use of your two-hour consultation. Please arrange for any anticipated or expected phone calls to be handled before or after your consultation and be prepared to turn off your cell phone during this extremely important time. Distractions may cause you to make errors during the selection process. This consultation is extremely important since all selections you make are final and must be made during this consultation period.

It is beneficial to make any upgrade decisions during this consultation because not only the cost of the options but also the tax, delivery, and installation charges can be included in your mortgage. Your Design Gallery Coordinator will handle all of the paperwork for any contract changes you may wish to make.
